We need the required checkout details to process your order. Without them we can't complete your purchase.

  • To process, ship and support your order, including returns, refunds and warranty requests.
  • To meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations.
  • To send you emails or text messages about offers, only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each message or by replying STOP to texts.

Who we share it with

  • Shopify, the platform that runs our store. Shopify processes data on our behalf and, for some purposes, under its own privacy policy.
  • Payment processors and banks, to complete your payment.
  • Our suppliers and shipping carriers, who receive your name, address and phone number to prepare and deliver your order. Some of our suppliers are located outside the United States.
  • Email, analytics and advertising tools (such as Meta, Google or TikTok). Sharing browsing data with advertising partners for targeted ads may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some U.S. state laws. You can opt out at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page or through your browser's Global Privacy Control signal.
  • Professional advisors and government authorities, when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as needed to provide our services and then for the periods required by tax and accounting laws (generally up to seven years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Cookie data is kept as described in our cookie banner.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the state where you live (for example California, Texas, Colorado, Virginia and others), you may have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your personal information.
