Refund policy

We want you to love your upgrade. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at miguelbianconiwork@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without a confirmed return request can't be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.

Lost or late orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, or tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you in full.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (or your claim is approved), we'll email you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take another 5–10 business days to show on your statement.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be on its way to you, and the return policy above applies.
