Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including P.O. boxes.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 10–15 business days after shipping. Our products ship from our partner warehouses, and items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather or peak seasons.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99. The final cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Tracking can take 3–5 days to show its first update after you receive your shipping email.

Lost, late or wrong address

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you. Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but email us right away and we'll do our best to help.
