These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Swap & Stay online store at swapandstay.shop (the "Store") and to any purchase you make from us. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Some photos show the product in a styled room for illustration; colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Please check measurements and compatibility notes (such as seat size, socket type or faucet thread) before ordering.

2. Installation and use

Our products are designed to install without drilling or professional help. You are responsible for following the included instructions, checking that a product fits your home, and following your lease. If you're unsure whether an item is allowed in your rental, check with your landlord. Turn off power before installing any lighting product, and do not use products in ways other than intended.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders already placed. Payment is processed securely at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an error in the listing. If we cancel after you've been charged, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms.

6. Privacy

How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The content of the Store, including text, photos and design, belongs to Swap & Stay or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Swap & Stay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
