You'll need a screwdriver. Most dining chair seats lift off with a few screws underneath.
- Unscrew and lift the seat cushion off the chair.
- Stretch the cover over the cushion.
- Pull the drawstring tight and tie it underneath.
- Screw the cushion back on. About 5 minutes per chair.

Do I need any tools?
Most swaps don't. The fan light screws into a regular bulb socket and the shower head twists onto your shower arm by hand. The chair covers need a screwdriver to lift the seat off, about 5 minutes per chair.
Will my landlord notice?
Only that your place looks great. Nothing gets drilled, wired or glued, so you can put the original back before you move out.
How long does shipping take?
